Leftover potato skin peels
salt or other seasonings you like
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Wash the skins with a little water and drain then put in a bowl.
Sprinkle the potato skins with a little bit of vegetable oil and sprinkle salt or whatever seasoning you like on your chips.
Mix well in the bowl.
Spread the potato skins on a cookie sheet and bake them for about 15 minutes.
Take them out and let them set for a few minutes to cool.
Put in a bowl and enjoy.
